Support Coordination WA is a fully independent and NDIS registered support coordination company. We are committed to fully assisting and building the capacity of our customers while they develop a detailed understanding of their personal NDIS plans. We will inspire and assist you to achieve your goals and help you get the absolute most out of your plan.

Support Coordination WA prides itself on delivering an individualised, professional and honest service to those living with a disability across the metropolitan region of Perth and all across our great state of Western Australia. We are based in Mandurah/Rockingham and have a well developed and practical provider network that we draw on to provide exceptional support.

We accept referrals from NDIS participants and their families, Local Area Coordinators, NDIS planners and other care organisations. Your support and capacity is our priority.
