Courtney comes to us with 5 years' experience in the sector, having worked her way from support work into a role as a Support Coordinator for a medium sized provider. Courtney has quickly proven herself as an indispensable member of our team, with excellent NDIS knowledge and a kind demeanour.

Owing to her background, Courtney has grassroots understanding of support services and she is passionate about assisting her participants to live a quality life. Her passion is empowering and increasing the capacity and knowledge of those she supports
