Lauren brings extensive knowledge and experience to her role at SCWA. She holds a humanities degree with majors in Psychology and Sociology, alongside a Diploma in Community Services. Her education has strengthened her understanding of the critical role that coordinated supports and multidisciplinary collaboration play in achieving positive health and life outcomes

With several years of experience in the disability sector, Lauren is passionate about supporting individuals to access the services and resources they need to achieve their goals. In her operational role, she focuses on maintaining systems and processes that are effective, responsive, and fully aligned with NDIS guidelines. Additionally, Lauren provides relief support coordination, ensuring continuity of care and personalised assistance when primary coordinators are unavailable.
