Support Coordinator

Winnie brings a strong background in NDIS plan management and a practical, systems-based approach to her new role as a Support Coordinator. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s in Information Technology, she combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of systems and processes.

Before stepping into support coordination WA, Winnie worked as a Plan Manager for three years, where she developed detailed knowledge of NDIS funding, budgeting, and provider engagement. Her earlier experience in the IT industry further enhanced her skills in problem-solving, communication, and navigating complex systems—skills that now help her advocate effectively for participants and coordinate services with clarity and care.
